You can book an appointment directly through our website or mobile app. Select the service type (Consultation, Diagnostics, Fertility, Surgery, Home Care, etc.), choose your preferred date and time, provide your details, and confirm. Our standard hours are:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Emergency services and ambulance coordination are available 24/7.

Yes. We have a dedicated International Patients programme that includes assistance with medical visa applications, travel coordination, hospital liaison, language support, and post-treatment follow-up. We offer two types of doctor consultations:

• General Consultation – Rs. 499 (Online/In-Person): Suitable for routine check-ups, minor ailments, and general health queries.
• Expert Consultation – Rs. 999 (Online/In-Person): For specialised concerns, complex medical conditions, or second opinion requests.

Yes. Medinest offers comprehensive second opinion services delivered by our team of specialists. If you have received a diagnosis or treatment plan elsewhere and want an expert review, simply book an Expert Consultation and mention that you are seeking a second opinion.

Yes, telemedicine consultations are available for both General and Expert categories. You will receive a secure video link after booking. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for your session.

We recommend:

• Bringing or uploading any relevant medical records, previous test results, and prescriptions
• Listing all current medications and supplements
• Noting down your symptoms and how long you have experienced them
• Arriving at least 15 minutes early for in-person appointments

We offer a wide range of diagnostic services including:

• Radiology: X-rays, MRI, CT scans, ultrasounds
• Pathology: Tissue and cell analysis, biopsies
• Blood Tests: Complete blood counts, hormone panels, metabolic profiles, and more

Turnaround times vary by test type. Most blood tests are available within 24–48 hours. Imaging reports are typically available within 24 hours. Complex pathology reports may take 3–5 business days. You will be notified via SMS/email when your results are ready.

Yes. During the diagnostic booking process, you can upload your doctor's prescription or specify the required tests. Our team will arrange sample collection at your home if applicable, or guide you to the nearest partner diagnostic centre.

Once you submit a treatment request, our care coordinators will evaluate your needs, recommend qualified surgeons from our network, assist with pre-operative diagnostics, facilitate hospital admissions, and support your post-operative recovery.

Call our emergency line immediately at +91-9030319933. Our 24/7 team will coordinate ambulance dispatch (Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, ICU on Wheels, or Air Ambulance) and guide you to the nearest suitable facility.

We provide comprehensive fertility services including IVF, IUI, ICSI, Frozen Embryo Transfer, Blastocyst Culture, Embryo Freezing, TESA, MTESA, PGD/PGS, Fertility Preservation, Laparoscopy, and Hysteroscopy.

Submit a Fertility Service Request on our website or app. A care coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to schedule an initial consultation with one of our fertility specialists, who will review your medical history and recommend a personalised treatment plan.

Yes. We understand that the fertility journey can be emotionally challenging. Our Complete Care and Advanced Care+ plans include mental health and counselling sessions. Our team is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment throughout your treatment.

Medinest offers three care plans:

• Essential Care – Rs. 999/month (Rs. 9,999/year): Best for individuals and freelancers. Includes 2 GP consultations per month, 20% diagnostics discount, pharmacy discount, and digital health records.
• Complete Care – Rs. 1,999/month (Rs. 19,999/year): Ideal for families and SMEs. Includes 4 GP + 2 Specialist consultations per month, annual health check-up, mental health support, 30% diagnostics discount, and 2 emergency ambulance services per year.
• Advanced Care+ – Rs. 3,999/month (Rs. 39,999/year): Designed for CXOs and premium corporates. Includes priority access to 6 GP + 4 Specialist consultations, quarterly health check-ups, surgery and fertility coordination, dedicated personal care manager, and 40% diagnostics discount.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. To cancel or downgrade, please contact our support team at Book@medinest.in at least 7 days before your next billing date. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and select EMI options. All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways.

Yes. A digital receipt will be sent to your registered email address after every successful payment.
