Welcome to Medinest. By accessing or using our services — including consultations, diagnostics, fertility treatments, surgeries, and post-surgical home care — you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By using Medinest's website, mobile application, or any of our healthcare services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
02 Services Offered
Medinest provides the following healthcare and medical assistance services:
- Doctor Consultations – General and expert consultations (in-person and online).
- Diagnostics – Laboratory tests, imaging, and related diagnostic services.
- Treatments & Surgeries – Elective and necessary surgical procedures facilitated through our network.
- Fertility Services – Comprehensive fertility evaluations, IVF, IUI, and related treatments.
- Post-Surgical & Home Care – Recovery support, nursing, and physiotherapy at your residence.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
03 Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments are subject to availability of doctors and facilities.
- Medinest reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notification where possible.
- Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
- Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
04 Payment & Refund Policy
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced.
- Diagnostic and surgical procedure deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- Home care services, once initiated, are non-refundable for the current service day.
- Medinest is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party insurance providers or payment gateways.

The information provided on our website and through our chatbot is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.
Medinest and its associated doctors, staff, and partners are not liable for any health outcomes arising from information obtained through our digital platforms.
06 Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and medical information.
- Disclose all current medications, allergies, and prior medical history to your treating doctor.
- Follow the prescribed treatment plan and post-operative care instructions diligently.
- Treat all Medinest staff and healthcare professionals with respect.
- Ensure you have provided emergency contact details prior to any surgical procedure.
07 Privacy & Confidentiality
Medinest is committed to protecting your personal and medical information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or for the direct purpose of delivering your requested healthcare service.

08 Intellectual Property
All content on the Medinest website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of Medinest or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Medinest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications not directly caused by negligence, or service interruptions.
10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
